Ok but then why my friend buy 30 day sub.. He got information that he recived free 30 day sub and money has not been taken from his account ?

Hello! I saw in luncher, that if you buy subscription for 30 days, before 04.01.2016 you will recive 30 day free subscription. Money from my card has been taken, but i got only 30 day subscription, what shoudl I do ? I buy it on 27.12.2015. What shoudl i do ?
