Their twitter account states they are looking into login problems for the Eropean server. I'm now assuming that whatever is going on is effecting the U.S. servers too. Thanks for posting this. I now know that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.

Just for you, I would like to point out that the support agent I spoke with on the phone never mentioned that the time would be added at the end of the subscription period. Additionally, the launcher app ad didn't mention that condition either. To the best of my knowledge, the 30 days was to be added upon "purchasing" a recurring subscription plan. I had a reasonable expectation to see those 30 days reflected in current time remaining. You should also take note that those terms and conditions were sent via email. Based on those terms had I stayed a subscriber, 60 days would show after the renewal date. At least I hope 60 days would show and not 30. Take it in context. I admit to not having read far enough into that thread I linked. I only linked as proof that the offer was made.

I'm unsubscribing and I will never trust their ads again. The "30 Days Free" offer has yet to be reflected where remaining subscription time is shown. Every other MMO I have purchased time with has reflected the additional time immediately or by the next day. Oh, and I did try the in-game reporting tool All they did was tell me to call their help desk. They rely on people not wanting to deal with them and just going away. It's a dirty practice.

Yes. I was a Free-to-Play player. During my time researching my options and whether or not becoming Preferred was worth it, I learned of the offer from Reddit. The free 30 days was what got me to subscribe as I'm not in it for the endgame. I wanted to play the stories with as little restrictions as possible --- as I find this game very restrictive even subbed. Everything you add is designed to get you to make a purchase vie the Cartel Market from extra inventory space to basic amenities offered in other MMOs. But, that is another matter. To be clear, I come to this game after having experienced DCUO, Neverwinter Nights, Lord of the Rings Online, and ESO. I'm not new to MMOs. I also don't know everything about them. I do know that they can reflect the additional 30 days where they show how much subscription time remains.

I subscribed while the 30 Days free was advertised on the app launcher. The free 30 days have yet to be reflected on my account. A support representative informed me that I should notice the free days by Jan 6, 2016 or within 24 hrs of that date. I'm still waiting. The Ad was displayed on the launcher before Christmas.
