not received my cartel coins. When will it come? I sent an email where we have indicated. I still have to wait how long?

In fact if they tell me that we will have our cartel coins once the servers returned to service, it's excellent, but if they are not 100% sure it's not the same. In fact I just want the certainty that the problem is solved.

When will all players affected by this problem have what they bought? I bought my parts at 6:43 this morning it is 5:36 pm at the time I write (French time) and I have nothing. There are people who say they have received what they bought but well over 10 hours of waiting, it is outrageous. We paid for what we requested. It's simply stolen if we do not receive our purchase.
