Did you already start KotFE? Because I was able to start Tattoine BS 2 days ago, though one part did get buggy. Resetting the quest helped. The only reason why I am doing the is, that I don't know what happens to the BS after I start the new Story.

I went to a heroic zone and was easily able to kill the groups there. Even the elite did not last longer than 5s, only bosses did take a few seconds longer, so I am not sure, why it is so much effort for you. I really like this feature because now I can group up with low levels and doing content that I outleveled makes sense again. But I get that some people don't like it, so on a PvE server it could be optional. On a PvP server it's a bit different I guess.

I really wish you would switch to time-based One-time Passwords according to RFC 6238. Then we could use apps like the Google Authenticator (and many others) which is available for iPhone, Android and Blackberry for free instead of having to install yet another app for authentication. And the best thing for me: If I have to switch my phone for any reason, I just use the same initial code, which I have printed and stored in my drawer, to activate code generation on my new phone without having to unlink the old phone or to call customer support to do it (in case it is lost or broken).

The people who bought the set based upon the preview are as entitled to get the promised look as you are. -- Neither one should have to accept this. And this was btw a very stupid way by BW to solve this. As for your assumptions: No, most people just play the game instead of reading in the forum all day. As for me: I actually read about the fix for the Revan set by chance, but I never saw anything about the other changes.

This. Both groups have valid reasons why they would want / demand the set to look like they were made to believe. Ironically I based my decision on the preview, because I thought the picture wasn't necessarily correct...
