This guild sounds great - I normally play no earlier than 9 PM and most often after 10 PM PST. I'm a casual player who is very very slowly working on gearing up. I'll try to contact you in-game tonight if I'm able to.

Yeah, it's especially appealing as a 30-year-old to see a group of people around my age or older who understand stuff like having kids and so on. I'd apply, but I'm such a casual player that I'm not sure I'd be a good fit.

Just checked out your website and I wanted to say that the Swarm sounds really cool. I like the idea of a real community of players that helps out everyone else in the guild and ensures that everyone has a successful and fun time.

Hey everyone. I'm hoping to find a nice guild that would be a good match for me. I've never done raids/operations before, so I'm hoping to start doing those so I can get geared up and actually experience all the content I've never been able to! My main is an Arsenal (DPS) Mercenary. I work long hours and have a two-year-old, so my playing time is limited mostly to evenings after 10 or 10:30, but it would be no problem for me to schedule a longer weekly raid session. Even when I'm not doing anything in particular, it would be nice to have an active guild that actually chats and has more than one or two people on at a time. I do have a headset for voice chat, as well. If you think that your guild is right for me, please let me know. Thank you!

Awesome-looking gear! What's the name of that set, and is it moddable?

I don't have numbers to back it up, but I've also been noticing that both Heatseeker Missles and Rail Shot do less damage than Tracer. Not sure why.

I was looking forward to FFXIV like crazy and was really let down. There was basically no content in the game, just a number of repeatable "kill x" or "gather x" quests that you had to get from the bars. Almost every zone was huge and completely empty. There weren't even enough enemies in each area until a patch that came a few months later. That said, I hope that FFXIV 2.0 will save the game and make it enjoyable. I'm having a great time with SWTOR so far (level 34) and I can't wait for the game to continue being polished and updated.

A couple of pages back, I mentioned where the bracers drop: from the Deactivated Assault Droids in the droid factory on Balmorra. Actually, another party member got the drop, but he was nice enough to give them to me. I've got no idea where the gloves, boots, or helmet come from, but I was lucky and got the helmet on the GTN.

Do you mean the droids in the Kaas City Expansion area? I don't see any droids along the path that leads directly to the Dark Temple, just possessed people. EDIT: I spent a couple hours farming those droids and I just got the belt! The only problem is that I killed a Malfunctioning Hauler Droid and a Damaged Welding Droid at the same time and I have area loot turned on, so I'm not sure which droid dropped it. Probably the Malfunctioning Hauler Droid, though, because it was a Strong enemy. All I need now are the boots and the gloves, but like I said in another post, the Butcher's Gauntlets are pretty close and they're moddable, so I'm okay with those for now.

I finally found the helmet on the GTN, although I wish I knew where they got it from so that I could update various online databases for posterity. I've been using the Butcher's Gloves from the Dark Side vendor because they match just about perfectly and are fully moddable.

I think being able to respec your companions would be a great feature. I'm incredibly glad that I went with a DPS Mercenary BH because I only had Mako (who is primarily a healer) as my companion until level 30. For me, that was about 80 hours of gameplay. Now, I have a second companion and he's really cool and I'd love to use him... except he's also DPS and when I use him, we both take damage like crazy. It would also be nice if resetting your own skill points was either free or cost a set amount so that I could adjust my gameplay to fit the companion I'm using. I was excited to get Blizz, but apparently he's a tank, so if I could cheaply switch over to a healing role that would be great.

You CAN search by name. There's a field to type in the name and then you hit Enter or click the button directly to the right of the field. That said, sub-categories for armor would be great.

I found the TD-17A Imperator Bracers by chance just today. They dropped from a Deactivated Assault Droid in the droid factory on Balmorra. However, I went to equip them and they just disappeared from my inventory. I opened a ticket, but it probably won't get fixed. Has anyone else found any of the other pieces of gear for this set? EDIT: I quit the game and logged back in and it worked again. Now to keep looking for the rest of this set.
