I think it depends on the faction, the leaderboards are a good indication of where ranked is popping. Im on The Bastion atm but it seems the pops are for pubs and Imps arent queuing for it. other than TOFN, The Harbinger looks better for the Empire side for pops, and it also has the largest overall population which is nice for everything else. I'll be moving my Sith toons over to Harb once transfers open up.

I'll be transferring from The Bastion once transfers open up again since it seems ranked only pops for the Republic side, and PvE is also non-existent here. Looking for an active Imperial guild that does a lot of PvP and some PvE

while I prefer the style of play deception offers I cant deny that hatred seems better in ranked. If i were to use your deception gear build of surge/crit/power would it make that much of a difference to use on hatred spec, the dots tick slower but would tick harder right? Or should I work on having two gear sets and switch depending on my spec

Thanks for this guide, I recently came back to the game and have always main'd an assassin, I knew how to play the class but the in-depth gear setup and 1v1 tips and tricks was really nice. Also Im on The Bastion now and am leveling a shadow to go along with my sin, I notice you mainly play shadow, is that just personal preference or are there in-general better pvpers in the ranked queue on the pub side?

like the oricon inspired endgame gear we have now doesnt look all the same with very slight variations. It would be nice if they made unique models for each AC. I dont think an assassin and sorcerer should look the same, but yeah. They must not have a very big art team, that or they devote all of their time to the cartel market.

My friend and I recently returned to the game after a long break and transferred to Bastion from pot5 and are looking for an active PvP guild to do both regs and ranked with. Also very interested in Conquest and a guild with a Flagship Due to the massive exp increase we will probably have every single AC at 55 shortly, although my main alternates between Assassin and Marauder and his main is Sniper. Not looking for an elitist try-hard guild, just an active group of players that know what they're doing.

recommend any good Imp guilds on Bastion? Im thinking of moving from pot5 as well

I recently came back to the game and Im on pot5 which, according to torstatus.net is the lowest pop NA server. the highest PvP server is the bastion and the highest overall server is begeren colony. Wheres the significant pvp population at? While I love open world pvp and my preference would obviously be a pvp server, if world pvp is completely non-existant would I be better off in one of the larger pve servers due to queue pops? solo ranked queue in pot5 never pop, which is obviously an issue. I would like some kind of idea of where I should go, I am Imperial if that matters.

I wouldnt say useless but you would be worse than a sniper or marauder for sure.

Sniper for DPS, operative for Healer. they are both at the very top in regards to all other classes.

Not to mention you claim Disney isnt only interested in making kiddie games, but actually.. they are. They temporarily sold the SW rights for games to EA since Disney isnt going to be making any high profile games. Just mobile games and infinity, the only SW MMO set in that relative time period with player housing and open world had already come out in 2003 and was shut down when this one came out.
