I have edited out my post in an attempt to dampen the flames, but the title does not want to change. I am enjoying the game starting from lvl 1 (now at level 7 with my Jedi) its great for new starters or people wanting to try out a MMORPG for the first time. The F2P side sucks though massive P2P paywall.

I'm sorry i thought i had edited out the silly whiner bit in the title and put a note in the edit to say as such, i cannot have done the edit right. Also saw a post correcting me about whiners so put in snowflake which am i mistaken is a very bad thing to say? My intention was not to troll or start a flame war, i genuinely felt good about getting the game and wanted to share that for potential new players so the aggressive and elitist elements did not put them off. A few founders and long timers did see my post for what it was. However as I'm not well placed to say what the game has been like in the past perhaps a little less excitement and some more thought before my next post. Its funny I'm 43 and have only posted on any forums twice and hardly ever send emails i believe in the art of conversation and avoid all this so called "social networking" for good old fashioned face to face banter. I very rarely make this kind of mistake in the real world and generally no one gets this upset with me.

Hi Thanks for the advice I have the authentication app and purchased the going places pack with rocket boost. Puzzled by a few things: Transfer: my characters are a lvl 3 bounty hunter with booster and a consular at lvl 5, neither have legacy so not sure if i should leave them on RP until they are higher level. Not sure how to start legacy or what that means. I'm keeping the coin as you advised and have only bought going places and inventory unlock for the bounty hunter, plan the same for my consular and then that's it. Cheers On my bounty hunter the going places pack items can not be used in the inventory and a "bound to fo 1 day" counter has started and something about legacy. Will i lose them after one day or is my level to low ? Thanks

Hi Im doing a ful level 1 to 60 first as i want to capture the full story/game. Sorry I cannot be of more help when i get to the Outlander part I will remeber to think about the choices and if they matter.

As for the Amazon bit i will apologise for that, it was intended to make visible to new players a good way to subscribe and could have been put in a better way. Well that was a good start on the Forum i'm editing out my original post because it was: Dumb and naive Offended five long term/founder/beta players who appear very upset over the recent changes to the game. Fuelled by exitement/newbism and to much coffee. So to the five i upset an apology especially to Swissbob in particular and yes i did take in everything you said and would hope for better discussion with you in the future. And thank you to the people who did not take my post the wrong way (even despite the stupid flamebait title) a special shout goes out to the founders who made me feel welcome and encouraged. And once again sorry for being a dumb ***. PS I cannot seem to edit the title to remove the whiner comment, its gone in the edit my end but not from the thread.

Hi Guys Thanks for the advice logged in this morning and it says subscribed and 14 charcter slots available. Looks like EA have sent out generic emails and the preferred one probably was a mistake (sent instead of a subscribed notification). So my to do list is get the authenticator, create new characters on a PVE server and possibly move the two i created onto the same server. Loving the game so far and it is as close to KOTOR3 as i can get. Thanks one and all.

Hi Spyderwoman Thanks for the reply i will log in tomorrow and check thanks, been playing F2P all day and bit the bullet just before shutting down and popping out for beer and Chinese . Hopefully its just generic emails spewed out by EA. Cheers

Hi There After purchasing the Amazon starter pack (90 days game time) and using the code on my account i then received three confirmation emails from EA: Here's 500 complimentary credits (nice thanks) EA now have the right to charge your credit card recurring (um how those details are not available to my TOR account) You are now at preferred status until your account expires (um right OK everything on t'interwedb said otherwise) Do i have all the expansions including KOTFE and full access to TOR or am i being a numpty not getting a recurring sub ?. Also i think i joined the wrong server (The Proginator RP) to start with as I'm mainly here for a Solo experience. Its my first MMO and to be honest its all a bit overwhelming. Sorry if the above is a bit rambling two things i do not normally do. Play MMO games and post on forums Yachy Dah (thank you) in advance. Owain
