    I am having the exact same problem and have been searching for any info on how to fix this but cant find anything yet. I tried the few suggestions I found like installing Direct X 9.0 and changing some specific graphics settings but none worked. What eliminated the problem for me was rolling back to the previous version of Windows 10 before the November Win 10 major patch.
