no you have to had been a sub for 90 days to give it to a friend(say if my friend comes and tries the game out and he wanted to test with a sub but couldnt get the sub right away he wouldnt be able to use my refer link because if it doesnt work i have tried it befor and it doesnt work so befor you talk and say stuff know what your talking about ALL OF YOU THANKS

Refer a friend should work for non subs too so then they can get the feel of the game as a sub then that will wanna make them buy it i just think you guys should give the newbies a chance here you know :(:(
