  1. Totally agree. Especially when it relates to a Gunslinger. All we do is DPS for crying out loud.

  3. Why are you not adding Unassembled Components reward to GSF Daily and GSF Weekly? GSF is a mini-game which supports the main game. It's seen a great resurgence of late as people have seen it as an alternative method to work toward gearing their toons. It really breaks up the grind and offers a refreshing change of pace. Please don't start ignoring it again! Make the values half of what the WZ's daily/weeklies are - but toss GSF players a bone!
  4. Hello folks, I'm trying to master Dirty Fighting, my gear is 240/242, and I've been using Bant's numbers for my stats, and Dulfy's 5.0 rotation as a guide. However, my DPS has yet to break 9k DPS on a dummy. I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm always between 8.6k and 8.9k DPS. Here is a recent parse: http://parsely.io/parser/view/245912 My goal isn't to have the best dummy parse, but to do better DPS in OPs - and I'm not performing where I feel I should in HM or NiM ops.   5. 2 Recommendations: 1. Increase CXP for non-popular classes or specializations in PVP or PVE. Reasoning: Class balance is a serious issue - and it takes way to long to address these issues. Currently PVP is filled with Mercs/Mandos for DPS, Shadows/Assassins Tanks, and Sorcs/Sages heals. It's boring. Since balance is hard to find - reward people for playing classes which are not popular. Base this boost off of specializations, and it allows people to stay on their same toon - and switch - if they're overall class qualifies. For instance: Shadow Infiltration and Kinetic (tank) spec are popular, but Serenity (the dot spec) is not. A CXP boost for players who play this speci would at least change things up! This encourages diversity in matches and characters - and keeps each match fresh. 2. Increase CXP for GSF. GSF is a grind in itself. It's very punishing to new players, matches take a long time to make, and people don't stick with it because they go up again people with much more experience and more powerful ships. Double CXP for GSF will provide motivation for pilots to stick with it. Or - allow ships to be leveled by legacy. Thank you.
  6. I disagree snipers are top 3 DPS classes anymore. Our ability to survive is a lot less than other DPS classes. We are static - and our burst isn't close to the top 3. Snipers are good in Warzones - but not in ranked. If you want to kick *** in ranked - play a merc. Stupid easy to play, stupid easy to master.
  7. This is a little more of a rant post, but I'm sick of seeing so many mercs and commandos in PVP lately. They are more mobile than us, have as good of burst as us, and this new healing/reflective shield is seriously OP. It's like they have the burst of a sniper and the healing of a DPS operative. It's seriously making me wonder why I even bother playing my sniper or gunslinger in ranked PVP. /rant off.
  8. HM EV and HM KP are just as easy as being a noob who queued for Ranked PVP, lose fast, and get 600 CXP. The CXP rewards need to be greatly increased for ALL operations and all levels. When you factor in the time it takes to get a group together, with the right roles, and the lockouts - not to mention HM/NiM ops require a much higher skill tier than being bad a queuing for any PVP. You don't get rewarded in an Operation unless you WIN. And lets keep in mind that some of the best CXP in operations is locked behind higher gear requirements now. No one on fleet is looking to put raids together anymore, except for farm adds in DP or KP. Because it's not worth your time to go and kill the bosses.
  9. Yes or no? To earn legendary level - do we need to create 8 brand new characters and have them reach 50? Thank you.
  10. What about character slots? I have 20+ toons and I've done all the class quests multiple times since launch. I have no problem making a new toon and starting fresh - but to get legendary you must complete 8, so 8 more toons?!?!
  11. How does this spec perform these days in PVP? I'm leveling up an operative right now, just because, and think he'd be fun to play in PVP. I had heard the burst damage has been greatly reduced.
  12. What would be a good example of a 2WS DF rotation? I haven't used DF since the set bonus was nerfed back in 3.0. I never could get the hang of the 3 WS rotation (my SS DPS was always greater). It seems Sabo is very limited for fights with lots of movements, and I haven't been happy with SS DPS of late - so I would like to get an idea of the current 2WS rotation that won't totally destroy my energy regen.
  13. EXACTLY! Customer service for this game has gotten pathetic - especially in the last year. I did that damn Qyzen influence quest last night - nothing but grinding and hunting for those damn critters around Hoth - and now I have to do it again. Plus two star forge runs. That's a ton of time. In my business, when I screw up - I look to compensate the victim to keep their business (and my REPUTATION) in the future. I've been a sub since launch - and I'm more unhappy with this game now than I've ever been due to the large recent nerf bat and this crap from last night.
  14. That's my thought as well. In PVP and PvE you're already a sitting duck. If hunker down doesn't stop me from getting punted - the ONLY time I'd use it are for fights with a lot of AOE. Other words - it's not very useful.
