Just says to speak with darth tormen, but I cant find him anywhere in the game, even on his own ship

So I think I may have bugged the last quest in the bounty hunter class story? so *SPOILERS* I choose to kill darth tormen but I didn't take the ship they wanted me to I dont think? Anyway I got back on my ship and flew to darth tormens ship but he isn't there and I cant do anything. I tried going back to where the drop I was suppose to take is but Im locked out am I just missing something? it doesn't seem like there is anything I can do? I cannot reset or abandon the quest either.
