Has this been officially addressed anywhere? A few of us were discussing this yesterday. The tooltip on companions seems entirely incorrect. What do the devs say about these amplifiers?

Good morning all, Since the launch of 6.0, all the toons on my account have not received healing totals, and as such, no healing medals in any warzones. I have contacted customer service and submitted dozens upon dozens of bug reports to no avail. One agent responded, suggesting that there was a game patch which adjusted how healing totals were awarded. Since I play mostly on sin/shadow, the suggestion was that self healing no longer counted towards healing totals in warzones. Recently I grouped with a friend who played the same class, spec, and utilities but was still awarded with healing totals and as such, 2 healing medals in the same warzone. Is anyone else experiencing this? What is the cause, and is there a solution for it?

Keith, First off, thanks for being as open as you are with communication. I know a lot of people find ways to complain but from what I can tell you and your team are doing the best you can given the circumstances and your restraints. I'm not sure if this question has already been answered so I apologize in advance if I missed it, but when Manaan SH was updated it increased our Sh capacity by 1, will this hold true with Umbara SH or will we have to choose one to lose? As an anecdote, those conquest scores will keep going higher and higher lol. Thanks again
