I'm sure using more modern technology and such could make it doable, there's plenty of games that do a decent job of using an action combat system in their mmorpg, not perfect, but but certainly decent at the very least. If they were to begin development of a star wars mmo now or in a year or two from now using an action based combat system im sure by the time it came out that the technology for it would be even better by then.

Been thinking this for quite some time. How cool would it be to swing around that light saber yourself or use force powers? Or to actually shoot at targets yourself as a sniper, smuggler, etc... Looks like I wont be getting CE then, I know Im late and cant really complain to get it, but to spend 100 bucks on ebay just so i can get access to some stuff ingame, not worth it.

Oh, so if I want the collectors edition I have to buy it in the store? alright. Is CE still even sold? I would think not but never know.

I have not seen the option for it anywhere but perhaps I just missed it was all. Is it possible to upgrade?

Anyone know why I cant change it? Ill set it to a different one, apply it, it does its loading, and then reverts back to the same resolution and it doesnt take THAT long to change the resolution, so Im pretty sure that in the 5-7 some odd seconds it takes for it to change that the confirmation box hasnt disappared and reverted it automatically so, anyone else have this problem? is it a known issue? thanks for the help

thats something i just remembered im wondering now what about the schematics you find from missions and you dont learn them from the armstech vendor? are there blue and or purple versions of those as well when you reverse engineer them? and if your question tyramag is do the blue schematics you get from reverse engineer give higher level ones? yes they should. for if a piece of equipment gives overkill, redoubt, and critical schematics for it from reverse engineering, then there are 15, thats right, 15 purple schematics for those as well 5 for each one, 5 from overkill, redoubt and critical

i disassembled another 15 of those vibroknives... still no better quality versions of them >.> im just going to guess that theres just that basic green one and thats it im still wondering about all my other questions like is the highest quality of anything purple? and i can get purple versions of any schematic from reverse engineering?

yeah thats what i would like to know, cause ive disasembled like 30 or 40 of those vibroknives you get to craft when you first get armstech to see if ill get a higher quality blue version but nothing so i gave up on it, cause i dont think it takes 30 or 40 of those to get a blue version.... or im very unlucky. but from what i can tell, there are 3 different versions for each item, that has different versions at least, redoubt, overkill and critical some things like the reflex barrel mods seem to just have blue or purple versions of them but no additional variants like i said above. its really anoying though, if there are different variants of the vibroknife ive been trying to disassemble, i havent got it after 30-40 disassembles, but then again, there could be no upgraded versions of that weapon, you know? I just dont know, and its anoying cause i spent alot of resources and time gathering and making them trying to get them >.>

my question is basically, for example i got the green sonic sniper i can make as an armstech someone said there are 3 different versions for the blue quality version of this weapon that focus on a different kind of stat such as crit rather than power (as an example) my question is, is it true for every item i can craft? that there are 3 blue versions you can make of each green item you can craft from reverse engineering it? my next question after that is is there 3 versions for the purple quality of each one also? if there is, would i have to reverse engineer the same blue version of the item? for example a blue critical sonic sniper for a purple critical sonic sniper and thats all i can reverse engineer off of it? or can i get all 3 variants, if there is indeed only three, from any variant of the blue quality version? and finally what is the highest quality i can craft? green, blue, purple and thats it? or is there higher variants i can craft? and as a side question, orange coloured items are mearly blue items that have mod slots am i correct? and im not asking for just weapons, im asking about mods as well that i can make, are there 3 different variants for each reflex barrel i have access to right now? or is there just simply green reflex barrel 2, blue, and then purple, for that one item? there isnt a critical reflex barrel 2, power reflex barrel 2, etc... i hope this wasnt too confusing... >.>
