Hey everyone! At first I'd like to say, I'm not entirely sure if this is the right forum for my issue - if not, please tell me where to put this. I think everyone knows of the 6.1 exploit from Scum and Villany, about being able to go around the level caps and just go through the ops without neccessarily knowing what to do. With the update 6.1.1, it has been claimed that every exploited crest/title/codex entry has been removed, which only kind of has been the case. They also went on to remove crests/titles/codex entries from characters, which have had all these way before - myself included. Other exploited crests and titles remained. I've contacted costumer service via ticket and by phone, so that they could tell me "You have used the exploit, therefore we removed all Items". Now, in my case, after hearing of the exploit, I went into the operation, changed skillpoints to see if it was true, and instantly left Darvannis when realising what happened. I've run the ops one time in story mode in that span of time, and otherwise kept my distance. If the system used for tracking down exploits can track which character used that bug to exploit, it should also be able to check if there were any boss kills at all - which apparently, it isn't. I've gotten the kill for the hateful entity legit in april of 2019 and recieved my crest the same day - which should also be retracable. I'e taken eough screenshots of my character with the crest before the exploit to prove, it's not a result of said exploit. So, basically, I've gotten punished for avoiding said exploit. CS told me to write a PM to Eric Musco, Keith Kenneg and Daniel Steed, which I did, and so far haven't recieved any answers. When I contacted CS two days back, they replied with "This is our last answer in this case." So, in short: I've had my crest since about a year and gotten it wronlgy removed with 6.1.1. The fact, that I've owned the crest since a year shoudl be retraceable, as well as the fact that I didn't recieve any boss kills/achievements in Scum and Villany master mode during the time of the exploit. This is a mistake made purely by the system, and instead of help I've recieved ignorance by the support, which is a case for itself. Since the day of update 6.1.1 I haven't gotten one helpful answer, which is why I only no seek help in this forum. Does anyone have any ideas how to deal with this issue? Mainly, I want them to admit, that they've made a mistake and one more by trying to fix it. Restoring wrongfully removed crests/titles/codex entries would be a nice addition, but I honestly can't see that happening, since the old argument "You killed it once, go kill it again." What I've also thought of whilst typing this: How did they deal with people, who maybe just reset their skillpoints for a certain boss? Did they recieve the same treatment? There is just too much to talk about in this issue, I'm afraid. Any help/ideas, or maybe even the view of others who had this issue are appreciated.
