Ok, I figured out my problem. If you have removed/renamed the loading screen file (as I did) you have to put it back in order for game to patch correctly.

I've got exactly the same problem, and it's on a non-BitRaider version. BitRaider version suprisingly patched just fine.

Yeah, I can untrack the Saleucami Fleet Action Mastery, but I can't get the achievement again. It seems that the mission returned to the way it was bugged before version 2.2.2. Great patch as usual.

It's been awhile since the last return of this suggestion, so... We could really use a 'Sort by slot' option for PVE/PVP commendation vendors on the fleet. When I'm gearing up my character, I often want to buy an item for a certain slot. If I want to check for example all the different kinds of helmets, I must scroll the list back and forth.

According to patchnotes, today's patch was suppose to fix the problem. Unfortunately, 'Saleucami Fleet Action Mastery' is still stuck in my achievement tracker...
