Recently i logged in and decided i wanted to change my characters outfit back to a previously created one. When i went into the outfit list i found out the outfit no longer existed and in its place was just the current gear i had equipped. Since the time I created a new outfit and equipped it, I had not been into the outfit window at all, nor had I "commited" to any changes to the old outfit. You know, the one i was no longer wearing. Reporting this issues has left me no where as their response was its must have been my own fault, that i replaced it at some time. So has this happened to anyone else?

I logged onto my Knight character I had created recently and decided i wanted to change back to a different outfit. The first outfit i created in fact. When i opened up the character window and went to select the outfit from the list I was suddenly confronted with nothing but a preview of just the gear my character was wearing at the time. I filed a report in game and their lame response was that its "possible I replaced the outfit". This is absolutely not the case. I have not touched the outfit screen since i made the new outfit i was wearing and chose to equip it. An outfit cannot be changed unless one "commits" to the new changes which i never did. The only explanation is that something in-game happened to override this outfit for some random reason. Now I have lost the outfit along with the dye I used on the chest piece, which I spent Cartel Coins to purchase. Its not about creating the outfit again, its about the fact that something in your game screwed up and cost me, a player and your unwilling to look into it or fix the problem properly. Your just assuming its player error and its not at all.

the scene starts with Kira and Scourge sparring on the ship. However when it appeared for me, Kira had nothing in her hand and her saber was on her belt still, and lit up. I have Satele Shans dualsaber equipped on Kira. So its either a bug related to this specific saber and possibly others or just in general for all.

I have completed the Shadow of Revan expansion on 5 different classes now. That means i went thru the Blood Hunt Flashpoint during the expansion 5 times each time defeating Torch at the end. I have credit for completing the flashpoint all 5 times, however i am not receiving credit for defeating Torch which ive done 5 times now on this legacy alone. Credit for this achievement comes with a decoration reward that i should be getting. Please look into and fix.

Bug description: When playing thru Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion, when you get to the point in the story where you meet Senya, she now shoes up looking like she has 2 sets of armor on at different angles. Her shoulder pads are most noticeable as there are 2 sets of them now, but in scenes where you can see all of her, you can tell other stuff is clipping thru her armor making it look dis formed. Quest you have issues with: Senya shows up like this until you reach Asylum, then she starts showing up properly. Please name the NPC you had issues with: Senya Tirall What time did this happen? Please include the timezone: this happens anytime one plays thru those parts of the story i outlined. does not matter the time of day, or day of the week. How often does the bug occur?: ALWAYS and on every class What happens when the bug occurs?: doesnt seem to impact the game at all, just a noticable glitch/bug that looks terrible. What do you expect to see?: I expect to see Senya looking normal like she always has until recently. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: just play thru the Knights of the Fallen Empire story until you meet Senya in the swaps next to the Gravestone. You will see what im talking about.

At the character selection screen, the box appears saying the game is downloading, but ive waited for over 30 min and it has not progressed even 1/10 of a percent... I am not starting a new character just to play the game on the starter planets...please fix this already
