No Talent Whatsoever Background: No Talent Whatsoever is a new guild created by an old group of friends. The name creates the abbreviation NTW, the name of an internet café that we all met at. The community at the café was one promoting close friendships that have lasted over the years. This is the type of community we are looking to promote within our guild. We are looking to create a place where people are always on so you can always have somebody to play with. From SWTOR to other side games on the side we like to group up and enjoy group play and explore all the content that the games we play have to offer. Goals: Our plan is simple; to create a community to promote group play and be able to clear all content in any game. In SWTOR we want to focus on clearing all Ops, including their hard and nightmare (if nightmare comes back) modes, and participating in general group and ranked PvP. Conquests are also something we want to focus on once we build our guild up. This being said, we do not want to discourage a more laid back gamer from joining us. Our #1 focus is building an active and enjoyable community. There will be a place for everyone in this guild for all skill levels and interests. Guild Structure: The general structure of our guild will consist of myself and Zanthz as Co-Leaders. We are interested in adding a few officers to help us organize and promote PvE, PvP, and general activity. Those who want to join for progression PvE and/or Ranked PvP will make up our next rank. Finally we will have a general member section for those who just want to be a part of the community and enjoy the game at their own pace. Requirements: Officers: Our officers will be an extention of us. They will help us make decisions to benefit the guild and will be responsible for taking care of the members in their respective field (i.e. PvE, PvP). They will have an TS interview with myself and Zanthz and will need to prove themselves trustworthy and experienced. If interested please contact myself or Zanthz directly to get the process started. Raiders: We will have a separate application for our progression raid team(s). Once you are a general member you can apply for a slot and will be accepted based on experience, knowledge, and overall player quality. Once we have one full progression raid group we will focus on a second one after that. Core PvPers: This group will consist of members who value PvP over the PvE side and will form groups for Ranked PvP. The requirements to reach this rank at first will be low, but as the guild grows and PvP leadership is established requires will be adapted based on skill, rank, gear, etc. General Membership: The core of the guild. General members will be the base of the guild helping to create the community that we want to have. This is the rank you obtain when you join and is for those who just enjoy playing the game and hanging out. NOTE: I want to state that no matter what rank in the guild you hold, you are not better or worse than any other member. Everyone has a different playstyle and enjoys playing games differently. People all ranks will be expected to help out if asked questions. We do not want to promote selfishness within the guild. Also if you are not in the “Raider” or Core “PvP” groups it does not mean you can’t PvE or PvP. We want to promote guild members to create groups for PvP and PvE whenever they can.
