Ah my mistake, thank you for that. It has been a little bit since I've been on and I am still getting used to the new layout. Thank you for your help. I apologize for my ignorance.

I purchased the a few of the grand title package and the grand dye packages, it allowed me to open them, then said it will be in my collections. It is acting like I have never purchased them. I have purchased three or four of each.

I am at the cut scene On Claiming the Throne where Valkorian says "Enough!" and crushes the holocron. My character runs at him, then it freezes. I have tried shutting down and restarting computer, i have used two different internet connections, wifi and wired, i exited area and re enter the story. I even ran an extensive virus scan that came back clean. Is anyone else having this problem or is there a way to fix this?

Update: I exited game, rebooted my computer, logged back into the game, and for some odd reason its working now. The force field has come down.

There are 2 yellows, 1 green and one red, it lets me destroy one yellow, the other is blacked out and the red, and green it lets me destroy but force field is not released.

Mission: Find a Way Past the Force field, I have attempted to quick travel out of area and restart chapter, to attempt to fix issue, it did not work. I have destroyed all of the power couplings in order to progress past the force field and the force field does not come down. This is frustrating because I cannot progress to any further in the story line until I get past this area. I have logged in and out several times, I have logged out of the game completely as well as uninstall and reinstall the game. Can someone please help me?
