I'm getting the exact same thing. Ever since patch 5.8. It's really getting frustrating.

I logged a ticket previously with the same issue. I was told to finish both KotFE and KotET and make sure no chapters of either were in my quest log. I have done that and the issue persists.

In addition, I have also noticed Sana-Rae is missing from the force enclave.

I have. Multiple times. The contacts show up, but as soon as I finish the chapter they disappear again.

Exactly what it says. I have no Alliance specialists page in my contacts. I've tried making sure I have no KotFE or KotET quests in my log, I've redone chapter 1, no dice. It's really getting annoying.
