  1. I remember when my account got hacked and stolen in WoW sadly... I did the whole account restoration through E-MAIL. not phone... If 1 company can do it... I'm sure every company can do it. I mean what can they ask that can't be done via e-mail or ingame? I have my IDs scanned and saved on my PC just in case all the time, I have my passport too, my DRIVE LICENSE. I can send them anything and anyday they want. I also don't care about they not gettign the money from me calling them with landline.... as I am STILL PAYING for the call (a LOT), when I already paid for them with Subscription to have the option to get support IN GAME. I mean... really? I almost feel like I'm the bad here for asking what they advertised and what I PAID for. It's not like im sitting here as a F2P trashtalking. only Subscribers can use the forum...
  2. I'm not in game currently. lost the mood to continue leveling. so can't tell from the tip of my head. it was something "Item Missing" or what.
  3. so you tell me a MISSING ITEM can't be handled by GMs in-game? then what the hell are they for? I submitted another ticket... if that gets instantly closed too because their money grab "call us". My next way is to my local bank and charge back the subscription fee. I don't mind losing my account. Not sure I want to continue with a support team like this.
  4. my issue is I don't own a microphone. and I dont feel confident enough with my english with voice. thats why i decided to subscribe in the first place. my english is decent when i type and I understand it fully if I read or hear it. but speaking it is a whole different for me. too difficult. I play many MMOs. GW, GW2, STOR, EQ2, yes I play WoW too... Had many issues where I had to contact support in the listed MMOs. But this is the very first time I am forced to call them and PAY for it when they ADVERTISED I can use the in-game ticket system. Unacceptable and on obvious scam.
  5. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... shame on me. It's advertised that Subscribers have the advantage of the ability to use the in-game support. I had an issue, so I thought it's cheaper for me to subscribe instead of calling. So I did subscribed... made my ticket... What response I got? "Please call us via PHONE so we can assist in your problem" ....................... That response sounds as such a scam that it hurts. No more subscribing from me Bioware.
