I don't understand why only certain characters have received a graphical improvement. Namely Empress Acina and Darth Malora. How come they don't just improve all character models. They have already showed that it can be done and they have already created the face models, what is stopping them from implementing more of this into the game.

So I got a crate containing a waist and wrist armor parts of a armor set. I did not want to wear the armor pieces at all, but i was curious to see if there was a headwear in the crate as well as it was a Supplementary Crate, and there were no headwear in the GTN for the armor. So I checked inside and there was no headwear, so I did not take the items out of the crate and put them back inside. I went to sell it in the GTN to notice that it was bound to me. This struck me with curiosity as I have opened crates before and just not take the items out and It would still be unbounded, but for some reason it was bounded this time. BTW this is a Light vs Dark Cartel drop. Can anyone help?

I am and was a Sub for a month and just got another month of Sub, but for some reason the game detects me as a Free To Play Player and is not allowing me to play the new chapter.

My Fallen Empire tab with the quests in it is gone, I subscribed to play the 2 chapters that released, but I cannot find the mission tab to continue it from and I also cannot enter the War Room anymore.
