I accept 12 14 hour maintenance as with all mmos there has to be maintenance . What I don't accept from an AAA Developer is Total DEAFNESS to the ppl struggling with this issue , not one post from either a mod or admin,acknowledging that Some people are having this problem, and that they are working to try make sure it doesn't happen again or what can be done to rectify it.
