Yes they do have more utility, because it's their only way to survive. As soon as their bubble is down, they NEED to use those utility skills to get out of trouble. Without those utility skills, they would just stand there in light armor getting killed in 4-5 seconds as soon as their bubble pops. Yeah maybe they deserve it you know, because the skills of the class that I don't play are always better than mine... Actually, to really top DPS and be usefull to their team, sages/sorcerers need to use all the tools at their disposal. Remove those tools and they'll become real glass cannons, dead as soon as someone sees them.

Yes Sorcerers have a lot of utilities, but without them, they would fall dead as soon as a single player spots them. Actually, 90% of all sorcerers suck (and that's a lot of players). Good sorcerers though can make you rage easily (like any other class out there).
