What exactly are H2s? I don't do many side missions so I don't know much, lel.

Is there anyway to get the Overlord's Command Throne without spending atleast 3 million credits or something? I'm not exactly what you'd call new, i'm around level 30. But I don't know too much about this game, and I also only have around 130K. Any help would be appreciated! EDIT: Well ****, I forgot what I was going to say, going to put this in anyways.
