Good one. Those goofy-looking cartoony effects always bothered me. I hardly play marauder because of that, because you end up runing around shining like chistmass tree or something. No, seriously, what's up with that? I even wonder who looked at that and said "Yeah, now thats a look! Let's keep it like that!" Really strange decision. It was said earlyer that effects there for a reason, and i get that, it's obvious, but do we really need that overwhelming effect on predation, for example? Yes, i can see it alright, but what am i supposed to do with that information? Imho it's noticable enough that they start moving faster and same goes for Force Speed from of Sorcerers and Assassins. And keep in mind that that's just one example and im almost sure that if you dig deeper into the issue more of actually pointless effects will appear. All guns related classes shine way too much for regular dudes with guns too. Just quick example Lethality Operatives with their healing ability triggered by rolling around ( forget the actual names of abilities i hope you get what im talking about xD) so while proc is active you shine all green as if weed spirits have taken you. Why is it there? Information about that proc is in skill tree, i can read you know. And if i didn't pay attention to that i deserve all the consequences that comes with my willfull ignorance. So as i see it, it's long overdue that somebody took care of that issue, one way or another. but something has to be done because a huge lot of it makes no sense

Yes, we did see some weird things, but was that a good thing? I would argue that it wasn't. It's a fictional world and bla-bla-bla, but there is still this things like CONCEPT, TONE and it's CONSISTANCY. Game trying to tell us this story of epic conflict, galaxy-wide war, bloodshed and mayhem aaand there we have also pink pigtails that clearly don't match to everything else around. So it clearly wasn't artistic decision, it was business decision. Because they knew it was funny, and people who use that use it because it's funny. Everybody happy, who cares if it's at expence of ruinig worldbuilding aspect. I could get into more specifics regarding all of this, but its offtopic and you probably get what i mean as it is. I hope. Back to the issue at hand im quite aware that ther is a lot of requests like that and people just cant get enough of new playable species. And all of them would disagree with me, half of them without even giving me a chance to explain myself xD My point is that "wants" not always "needs" and we should requet things with our priority set straight. Just a little reminder about being careful what you wish for, thats all it is really.

Don't we have enough already? I would even cut some from Imperial side choice pool and some castomisation options. Having a choice is all well and good, but it must make sense, and half naked sith with pink pigtails does not make any sense at all. Anyway thats not the point, I would rather see devs focusing on overall quality of the game, than making new and shiny stuff thats not really all that needed.

As it was stated by people above there is a lot of what you asking already existing in the game. I counted 10 elegant \ regal-looking female sets. Sounds like not much? That's without taking in to account character specific sets, those dancers outfits and outfit designer feature wich on top of all that just makes your options quite close to limitless. And in game about galactic-wide war and bloodshed it's WAAAAY too much. You can have pink pigtails in this game for crying out loud! You can be a sith juggernaut little girl with purple pigtails in oh-so-stylish dress. Some will say that's funny and just playing your own way and whatnot. To me it more looks like shot in the leg of world building. It makes no sense, it should not be allowed to exist but there it is. Heresy in one word. Would it be up to me i would take that all away to force people wear robes, armor and uniforms. But that's just no-fun-allowed me and anyway i digress. So what i would like to know is when is it going to be enough? p. s. I know its all might come off as harsh, rude and condescending even, i apologize for that,that wasn't the intention, there is many factors to that but the main one is because i care that much. My intension was to bring up the issue of consequences that comes along with stuff that you asking about. Any atmosphere created by aesthetics it's a subtle thing and can be easily ruined even by one little thing that is out of place, our case is far more severe by this point.

If neither is not an option then you, like me, are screwed big time. There is no place for sorcerers dps anymore.

It's just kinda unbeliveble. How is this happening, sorc dps problems are so obvious that all you have to do to notice them is go to one ops with Dread Masters and run 4-6 WZ in a row. That would be enough to understand how much useless you are as a dps. Class is just getting killed. I wouldn't be surprised if in next patch they just take away all my dps abilities and replace them all with one called "Useless shining". Because thats exacly what we sorcs doing now - shining like a christmas trees with no actual effect. Well, the only effect you gain is that you finnaly geting spoted and ganged by opers\ maras. And all that game facts against the concept of sith sorcerers in SW universe where they are so powerful, that everybody run away in fear only by seeing one. But no no, we can't have that oh no! Instead we will make them run away all the time and give them defensive CD so useless so that they can get one shoted through it in any ops. Good-a job-a! I have only one question here - should i find myself another game? Because you know, im just not interested in any other classes. Sith sorcerers is a representetive of absolute destructive power of the Force. But just not here, here they are sad to watch for not one year in a row and i just cant take it anymore. And please dont tell me how i should L2P and H2F. Been there done that. Im not the best and never going to be, but im good enough to understend where is my fail and where class failing me. p. s.
