once you took the lvl 60 when u pay can u still play it when u are FTP?

HI there I was on FTP I paid for my subscription I got a toon to level 20 it wont let me log in as its asking me to validate my email so I type in my Email dont get a email. I have subscripted and it says that online but when i go to play in game says I not done. On the web it has a different name on the drop down icon to the one shown in game. Also when i try log in on Line i have to use caps lock on first letter but when i go to log in, the game i dont need the caps lock.

Hi i was on FTP so i paid subscription is been like 4 days now and i still not able to make new toon how long does this normal take
