I feel like this issue is not even being aknowledged...

Bump Still missing, still no answer from ingame support

I replayed chII and back to fleet right after getting her. Now I have an incompleted chII in my mission log, but I also have my own personal Sith Empress (also works for Marr)

Character name: Caelerys, server: Red Eclipse I unlocked the DvL companion with the handy holocaller with every character in my account no problem, but when it got to my main I thought "hey let's do the alert". Talked to her, asked her to join the alliance, "you know where to find me" she said... turns out I don't, she's not in the base, not in my alliance tab, she disappeared completely. Using the holowhater produced no result either, "you have already completed the recruitment mission" Not sure if relevant: I had already completed KotET and was "replaying" ET chII, or rather started it, got Acina, warped to fleet to keep her as a companion. I noticed she (Acina) seems to be super glitchy, like losing buffs for no reason whatsoever, so I figured maybe she's somehow the cause of this bug...

+1 I have it correctly unlocked on 7 characters, but for the main one it disappeared after the recruitment alert (I asked her to join the alliance, she said "you know where to find me"... turns out I don't, she's not in the base and not in my companion tab...) Tried to open a ticket in game, but no answer yet
