After the last maint. this problem was solved ...squelches had vanished and the hyperlinks or our usual (Slow) add rhythm are not triggering the squelch system anymore...one thing i would like to point out is the response we got with our in game ticket...with the person stating that they checked into it and said clearly that hyperlinks are not allowed on starter planets because they trigger the system that squelched us? This was obviously some sort of fabrication to dismiss the ticket or standard response one would just come up with....because clearly, that was not the case as other guilds were posting just fine using hyperlinks with no issue at an even faster pace making everything even more confusing for us. Glad at least we can post and talk on starter planets chat again. Hopefully it won't happen again as we still have no clue about what the problem was in the first place

Hi wanted to rise awerness about this particular issue my guild (Bìrds of Prey Rep. Side and Birds of Prey Imp. Side) has bumped into...some of our members that post adds to recruit for our guild have reported not being able to chat on starter planets after posting adds while using the hyperlink...at first we was pretty confused so we asked another couple of members to do so...and this has effected them aswell...the issue is this...after discussing it with other GMs who didnt bump into this problem what so ever and reading about it on the forum (found out someone else had the same issue for no reason in May)...seems like the new agressive system to filter spam bots on starter planets is squelching innocent guild adds...and once one person got squelched that day cause of some obscure reason...when our hyperlink is posted even only once boom account of that person is squelched on all starter planets without even making the person aware they have been squelched...like if the system picked our guild name as a big nono...we have tried changing the msg...even just using the link or removing it completely....to no avail...makes me wonder if this new anti gold seller thing is triggered by our name now...pretty bad as this has nothing to do with spamming on our side. We never spam and we post our adds between a decent span of time to leave others post theirs and to not disturb players (could be even confirmed by our chat logs)...this shouldnt be a thing if its effecting innocent guilds and not only the intended gold seller targets. We really hope something can be done about this or at least sorted out in a timely fashion. EDIT: by what another player is saying he got squelched while linking an item on starter planets so these links are affected aswell.

Hi there! Wanted to add my piece as my guild tripped on same trigger it seems...thing is spreading to all members aswell...if the hyperlink is used on starter planets even once by any of us....it squelches the whole account like if the spam filter added our name to the nono list for some wild obscure reason...and it has been happening for well over 24h...couple of days now tried same fixes as you have tried to no avail...this situation is pretty bad (and tbh shouldnt be a thing at all)...apparently yes...there has been quiet changes to the spam filter...not sure what is causing the triggering though...hopefully we will get a response soon enough on the situation...it is pretty annoying though as we never spam for that specific reason and to not annoy ppl...thing is we wasnt even aware we got squelched...since now they have removed the red text popping up if you are under squelch making the whole situation even more confusing at start...(btw changing msg wont work cause i think the filter picks up the hyperlink words so if its triggering those...well gl)...item links cause this aswell....

Not what i meant...what i meant is that i had to complete one daily before the reset...couldn't track it because conquest went under review for the weekly reset and locked the tab....that said i tried to clear that daily PO anyway and i managed to do it 30 mins before reset but i didn't get the pop up upon completing it cause of conquest tab being locked Conquest goes under review for 1h before the actual weekly reset and it locks the conquest tab so you cant view PO trackers even if POs are not conquest tied so they shouldn't be on the same page imo.

Wanted to point out that POs are not Conquest tied. There is no point or reason to have them marked in the conquest tab because this causes other problems like not being able to see the objectives of your PO Quests during Conquest review (because page is locked) or if toon is at a low level (due to brackets i presume?). Adding to that if Conquest is under review and page is locked or you cant view them on your tab for conquest level reason the pop up wont trigger upon completing the PO. So might be a good idea to put those in another section (like on the actual Galactic Season tab (not only a button to click that takes you back to the Conquest tab...move the actual tracker on the Seasons tab) or make a new section just for those.

Try this then....tick compatibility mode...run it in compatibility with win7 and then tick the "disable desktop composition" and "run as admin" boxes only...seems to have fixed it for a bunch of people....i hope you can solve it....

Worked for her...made sure you ticked the "disable desktop composition" and "run as administrator" and left the compatibility mode unticked for both the desktop icon and the exe in the directory?

I can confirm this fix works defo better than hoping in the RNG gods to let you through the char. selection screen lol But seriously....shouldn't be a thing...

Seems like this problem is hitting people that are running on win7 mostly...Bitraider delete and re-launch is not working...compatibility change lets the game launch but once in the server list will not get generated...if then you go back to the previous setting you will just get C1 or C7 error messages....all suggested fixes don't seem to work....trying to check if it has the same problem with "non streaming" launcher but seeing that ppl from steam are having the same issue i think that will not fix it either....would be nice to get a response about this because it has hit multiple people and they are not able to get in game...
