  1. don't miss this opportunity to give the game an actual challenge. remember: nobody requested such an expansion. nobody but VETERAN players. the guys who've been spending money for years and years. you need to give them something to work on for long time, and swoop-races is a thing that can be done for several years if you're clever enough. obviously you can go pvp here without any problems. but you have to make it right in the beginning. if you want toddler-races, okay, but you have to implement REAL racing speed. so guys who are used to play racing games would give it a try and not abandon it after first sight. what i'm saying is basically: highspeed.
  2. i bet it has been said thousands of times already, but i want to repeat it anyways: what the hell happened to pvp-conquest points? i can get only one time 5k per day and afterwards only medals and only about 10k fpr achiever? for all those years i played pvp for conquest. now you want to tell me that simply spending 20k credits for readjusting an amplifier ist worth about half an hour of warzones? killing lord sundar and snails for 5 minutes is worth about an hour of pvp? and not even once per conquest, but everyday, even more with the riduculous 10k for the first heroic and so on? i don't even know what i get the points for, but why did you have to NERF pvp-conquestpoints? let me tell you: you completely ruined the grind. there is no purpose in conquest at all, because nobody is buying the mats anymore. you completely ruined the grind for gear, too, because it's been no problem to get all the sets in just like no time. have you lost your mind. mmorpgs are about the grind, and if it's meaningless, why bother? i see a huge lack in motivation for myself to log in right now, and that's a sad thing. you need to un-nerf the pvp-rewards, delete the simply gifted conquest points, and give us a reason to heavy-grind again or the game will die soon, i promise.
  3. well the onslaught-story is the only thing providing a lot of xp so we can get fast from 70 to 75. i hate to run it over and over again with every char, it is so boring to do this, and a double-xp would be the only thing to skip this nonsense. there is no reason at all to force us to play this stuff over and over again. i can get to 75 easily only skipping to the second mek-sha mission, but it would take me countless h2s or warzones to get there, so would you please fix this ****? sorry, but i got better things to do, i don't want to play stuff that's only grinding valuable time out of my schedule and unlike gearing really keeps me from playing the stuff i want to play. i want to play high-pvp, that's what i subscribe for, and you honestly want me to do this onslaught-pve-crap a dozen times? come on, it's just ridiculous.
  4. having a bolster in pvp for making the level of gear irrelevant is the worst idea you ever had. sure, pvp should be about the skill, not the gear. but pvp ever was and ever should be about commitment. i play about four hours of pvp every night. the people are always the same, here. and for good! but why do you think they play? they play for stats. they play to improve their numbers. they want to get better in dps, hps and tanking. why? because everything that's not pvp is just repeatable boring content. pvp is never truly a repetition. BUT of course you need a motivation to do it AND a reward. the motivation is to become a better player, the reward is to become a better player, too. but it needs to stay visible that you became a better player. and this is happening through gearing up. right now, a weak player in pvp has no benefits from 258 gear over 252 gear. you can't get your rotations and kiting done, so you will be easily killed by an experienced player bolstered to only 252. but what about this experienced player? he should be rewarded for his skills.the impact i feel i get from another 258 piece of gear, combined with the right augments is massive. i can get my stats in the chart up, and it makes me happy. what this game needs for pvp, especialy for regular war zones, ist to build on that. we need a popup-notice for every warzone if you break your own record here, in terms of dps, hps, tanking, objectives, kills AND cc, as this is a whole discipline by itself. but what you should never do is to reduce the grind. we pvp players go through ossus every day while we list for regs and ranked. we have other people flame and spit on us, only to get the best gear. the pure pvp player is more into the grind than everybody else. what will be his motivation if you don't use his desire to get better? the pvp community is and always was ready to go through the grind, because everything we want is to be the most competitive player. through skills, yes. how are skills achieved? through commitment. through the grind. the real pvp players will grind their way through the years. but the difference in the outcome has to be visibly significant. for the greater good of everyone. if i see that there's a player with double dps in a reg, it makes me wonder how this is possible. and if it is DOUBLE, it is always about the skill, amplified by gear. a weak player will never get double the dps no matter what his gearing level might be. but if there's a really good player, and the difference is never more than probably 300k more damage in the stats because everyone has the high gear, how could a developing pvp player know what to aim for? you know, it is like in sports: you want to play for the best team when you're in your prime. why? because you have seen the best team slaughtering you on the pitch. and to play for the best team you need to train. to grind! the top gear in games is the muscles in real life, you need to understand this! if you bolster up to the highest, i'll tell you what will happen: people who are weak players will get slaughtered anyway. people who are strong players will play less because they got no reason to grind for anything and they'll feel that there is nothing to do for them anymore, and they will feel mistreated by you ignoring what they achieved through their commitment. we need a highest tier without bolster. especialy if we're talking about tactical items and amplifiers! there is such a great level of experimentation with gear (are you deleting augmentation too?), it's a huge difference if my dots tick on 4 targets without augments or on 8 targets with augments. don't destroy all the opportunities that will make pvp gearing very interesting this way. you won't get anything from bolstering to the highest! most people don't even know there is a bolster, the fools flame each other for going into warzones with 212 gear! so you won't comfort anyone with bolstering up to the highest, the only thing you'll achieve is declining motiviation for the players that build the spine of pvp.
