Title. I don't even mind the update much - I'm an RPer primarily after giving up NiM raiding in 4.0 - except for the glaringly horrible UI and the absolute lack of need for it, nor the update for the character *creator* as opposed to my first assumed updated to character *customization*. What sucks is I wish Bioware would've made it more apparent that you could only change from Juggernaut to Guardian if you're somewhat Light Side aligned, and would allow you to go back to it after you've selected your Combat Styles if your alignment switched (I picked Juggernaut-Assassin combo while I wanted to get Guardian-Shadow).
Then there's the lack of any additional customizations for races that barely got any love (*cough* twi'leks *cough*) over the last 10 years since launch. I'd have been really happy with this update just being a systems update as opposed to being proudly called an expansion (while adding 100500 bugs and adding 1 decent system to the game)
