Dang, I was hoping there was a way to get it so I could call him up whenever I leveled. Are those other two available as "carry-on" trainers like the Hutt holotrainer?

Hullo everyone! Though I've been playing the game off and on for several months now, I still find I'm a relative noob when it comes to some of the functions and how things work -- so please forgive me if this question has been asked before, because I could not find the answer in the New Player Help section (it may well be there, I just can't seem to find it). What I want to know is: How do I get access to the Hutt Hologram trainer? I assumed it was a subscriber perk (I started out free-to-play), but I was gifted a 60-day subscriber package by my nephew and the Amazon.com product subscription says that the Rise of the Hutt Cartel expansion comes with that. My nephew said the hologram trainer had something to do with the expansion, so... Help, please! I would like to know how to access the hologram so I don't have to run to a trainer in a temple all the time.
