When I go to Sana-Rae's Enclave, I'm immediately receiving aggro, and nothing attacks me, leaving me there in combat and the only way to exit is to Alt-F4 or drop via Task Manager

For as long as I've been with the game, my targeting keeps defaulting to my companion. This becomes especially problematic when it happens during a fight. While it does not happen all the time, it does occur with enough frequency to warrant posting here. Is there a setting in preferences I need to uncheck, or some bug in the game? Asking around to other players, many have experienced the same issue.
