So, after a few weeks of PvP me and my friends have decided(on shadowlands at least), that nobody in the imperial faction playing PvP knows how to fight, the tactic is stun, burn target(re-stun if necessary), finish off target. We can't get healers from our guild to run them because, they spend the entire war zone either stunned or waiting by the re-spawn gate.
I read somewhere, that each player on the other team has 2 stuns each, times 8 players means I get hit with 16 stuns/cc's to my one cleanse which goes on cool down for a minute and half... How do you defend against that?
I wish someone would share how to avoid getting stunned and staying that way until your dead. I have come to the conclusion that my job as a Guardian Tank is to run from objective to objective and terrorize the defenders with the hopes that my team mates will get a mathematical advantage at one of the objectives and cap it.
War zones have gotten to the point for me and most of guild as "What's the Point". While I am on the subject of "What's the Point", What is with the deal with the re-spawn gate in war zones?
I'd play War zones more often if I didn't spend my life stunned and waiting at the re spawn gate. I also think that the Imperial faction has a lot more advantages over the republic faction. Perhaps, it's time to look at those logs from War Zones and see what is REALLY going on. For instance, having a target at 5% or less and then suddenly getting stunned, watching their health return to full as you are being melted away is really disheartening.
One more thing, why not allow guilds to form op groups before entering war zones? Of course that would just make the situation worse.
