  1. I changed the passwords but there is no way someone could have log in to my account as I have a mobile authorization. But thanks for the advice Also, none of my friends or family is actually playing the game or is interested in any way in SWTOR so there isn't even a way in which they could have done something. And I don't like the taste of alcohol so I'm never drunk :^) And no, sadly my character didn't just change the server or something. I only hope that they will be able to bring it back with all my items, credits and such. And also that I'll get those 2000CC back as it's quite a lot.

  3. Hi, I subscribed just to make this post and the ticket So I decided to log in today to see new Ossus content being added. I thought that it's finally a right time for me and my beloved Sith Inquisitor to lay wastes to republic armies. But the thing is... My Inquisitor wasn't there. For some reason, she disappeared with all the items, credits and everything I so hardly worked on for all these years. The name of the character was: Vaerrya Also, what is weird 2000CC have just disappeared like that from my account? On the main site, I can see that they were used for a server transfer twice and then I got a refund and then used again. Everything on the same date and I wasn't even playing at that time. Last time I subscribed was way back in December when they added Jedi Under Siege. And all those transfers and refunds happened on the very same day. Here is a screenshot as proof: https://imgur.com/AVTRGvn Can someone please do something about it? I pretty much just lost everything. I lost my main character. All the story progress. All my items. All the credits. A huge part of my CC. I'll also be making a ticket for that issue but maybe some moderator will see it here sooner than in the game.
  4. Hello There! I'm not entirely sure if that's the right place to post it but I hope it is! [A little Heads up] I've been waiting twelve days now for my issue to be resolved but I didn't get any answer from Bioware at all. I've been updating my ticket every single day to ensure them how disappointed I am with them taking so long to at least answer to my ticket. It's been fairly reasonable that it's been taking them quite long due to the Christmas and now New Year's Eve. The issue itself was about a bug because of which I wasn't able to progress with a story. It's quite outrageous that I've been paying a monthly sub for a content that I pretty much didn't receive (Jedi Under Siege doesn't want to start on my character). There is a whole forum thread about this issue where people were even waiting for over 16 days now and no one at the support answered them. Eric in the same post stated that the only way for a bugged character to receive the quest is by contacting the support. Here is a link to that statement: https://www.swtor.com/community/showpost.php?p=9677016&postcount=6 [The Actual Issue] But now there is another issue. After updating a ticket today everything got just... blank... Allow me to post a screenshot to show you what I mean: https://imgur.com/a/dC9x8a6 Perhaps the ticket got bugged and they weren't actually able to read it before and that's why it took them so long, or maybe now they won't be actually able to read it at all. What should I do now? Create a completely new one and wait for another over 12 days for my issue to be resolved? Wait and hope that they are able to read it and it's just a bug that's on my side? Seriously what should I do? I'm already tired of waiting for almost 2 weeks and wasting my money on the content I'm unable to play. And if I'm supposed to wait another almost 2 weeks and pay for another month of the sub for just a slight possibility of them answering then is it really worth all that effort? Because at that time I'd be able to create and level up a new character! Someone on Reddit suggested me to make a call to the support. But it's quite hard for me to make one because as far as I'm aware they don't have a line that would use my native language and as you might have already guessed English isn't my primary language. Also, as far as I know, I would have to pay extra money to contact them via phone because it would be an international call. I seriously have no idea what I should do now
  5. 11th day just begun since the issue appeared on my character and still not even a single word from Bioware. This is absolutely outrageous to treat your loyal customers like that! I just pretty much waster 11 days of my subscription due to waiting for a fix! I only subbed to do Jedi Under Siege and here I am still waiting for at least a single word from Bioware.
  6. Same bug here... I'm sorry but it's absolutely ridiculous that I've been waiting 5 days now and they still haven't even answered to my ticket. I'm paying for the monthly sub but it's already been 5 days in which I couldn't even progress with new content. I'd love to get my money back but I guess it's impossible. Bioware's support is so rubbish. How can you treat your loyal customers like that? I even updated my ticket once before to make sure you can see it and I even linked Eric's quote to that. Yet I'm being absolutely ignored. It's unacceptable that after such a long time I'm still unable to fully enjoy the game and I'm not even getting any type of response from Bioware
  7. So I don't know about you guys but for me the Jedi Knight's running animation looks really bad. I know many people who think the same and are playing other spec or class only because of it. I myself created a Sith Juggernaut so I don't have to look on this silly animation. But I got a little idea. Why don't we have already an option to choose between those 2 animations? They are already in the game so it shouldn't be that hard to give us a small panel where we could choose between these two. It could look similar to the Dark vs Light panel where we decide whether we want to run like a cool anime character or like a guy who's holding a baseball bat. I know it might sound really silly for some people but it's really hard to play as a Jedi Guardian while every single sith simply looks cooler than you. Not having to mention that holding Defiant Vented Lightsaber as Jedi Guardian simply looks bad And before someone says: "BY BUT DOING SO THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE ALL ANIMATIONS!!11111" Well no, they don't. All they have to change is add a simple panel that would allow us to change ONLY a running animation that ARE already in the game. Also they could add some new running animations to the Cartel Market. By doing so we could for the example get a Starkiller's running animation. As I said all these animations are already in game so please Bioware do as all a favour and don't make us join the Dark Side only because we don't want to look like a baseball player!
  8. Hello! I guess it will be my first post on SWTOR forum so I simply want to say that you guys are an amazing community! So about a week ago I looked at my credits and I said: "Damn... I'm really poor". So I decided to abandon my sith ways and become a loyal imperial crafter Someone on chat told me that combination of: Artifice, Archeology and Treasure Hunting will make me rich. So I leveled up these skills to level 600 and now I'm actually wondering how to become the richest guy in the galaxy. Any tips for retired member of dark council? From my calculations I need about 900mil to buy every single armor/lightsaber that I really like lol
