THE NIGHT'S WATCH MISSION STATEMENT
1. We are a casual, fun-loving guild looking to excel in both PVE & PVP environments. We are here to support, lead and help make your overall game experience the very best it can be. As such, we have just a few guidelines you need to be aware of to maximize both you and your guildmates SWTOR experience. Other guilds promise team play....WE DELIVER IT!!
2. While we will run all sorts of Operations or Ranked PVP matches, we are fully aware that there is one boss that every guild member has tried to down by themselves and has failed miserably. The dreaded "Drama" boss beyond The Wall. We feel the fight itself is just too prolonged and complex for a single player to take on, so we at "The Nights Watch", offer our hand in helping you with this boss. We ask that you follow us in this endeavor as well. If you insist to combat this most prolific boss yourself, we must inform you that you enter that arena
alone and may fail miserably. Let us help and work as a team!
3. All PVE Ops groups and PVP Warzone groups will be headed up by one Raid/PVP lead. While the PVE/PVP event is going on they have complete control of the group. They will have the final say on group composition, strategy, loot distribution and performance expectations. All outranking officers will take a secondary role during these events to eliminate the "Hydra" effect. Please contact either RTL(Raid Team Leader) for PVE info or RTL for PVP info. They can tell you about open spots, subbing or help you with a secondary team creation if there is enough interest.
4. As our guild grows we understand that at times conflict will arise. If you are feeling left out, harrassed, are wanting to do more for the guild but are unsure of how or where to start, then please get ahold of Sin or Taste in game or via the guild website. Please allow us 48 hours to resolve your situation and/or get you an answer to your question. Like we have stated before, we are here to support you and we mean to deliver on that promise. However, we cannot guarantee that the answer and/or resolution may be to your liking but we will do
our very best to accommodate you.
5. We will make sure to schedule an all guild meeting once per month so that we can get feedback from you (your the reason we are here). If the schedule time will not work for you, we will make sure to start a thread in the forums so you can voice your opinions or questions there. We will then cover them in the meeting and when it is finished, we will record the notes on the website as a recap so that everyone can stay on the same
page.
