I have seen threads with this mentioned, and no follow-up from the community or anyone else. For all that is holy, please let us save "specs." Mostly for classes that can heal/dps or tank/dps. I am tired of having to swap my hotbar around every single time I chance my discipline. How do disciplines not just save hotbar setups to themselves so when we swap we don't have to do this over and over again?? It is 2019 and this feature is staple in almost any MMO you look at. Such a basic QoL feature with a huge impact on people that enjoy playing multiple roles on the same character. Please give us unique hotbar save per discipline!

I recently came back to the game and used a referral code and now all of my characters get a box with some account unlocks. I was given 7 days of free sub time and it would not let me use these unlocks stating they were already unlocked. I took that to mean that they were unlocked from when I previously played, since it has been about two years, and deleted them thinking I would have them when the 7 day sub ended. This seems like a pretty big oversight for returning players and the such. Is there any way to contact support or get those items back now that I am preferred again?
