  1. Yeah. I'm just gonna say, this is a pretty unreasonable and annoying aspect of the game. I'm sorry to say this, but... I'm not sure that the only belt able to display a jedi logo for an imperial character is worth 230 runs. This isn't healthy, this isn't fun, and this isn't at all just sane in any scale you place it. What's the point of playing a game that's meant to be fun if you have to overdo this aspect? And it's not like you /can/ obtain the belt through other means. Which just makes it worse. I had a rather underwhelming customer support response telling me how I could try the GTN for the belt. But these crates aren't even tradable! A friend of mine got the same belt in the run I was making. Seriously! I think I've gotten 12 repeated pieces of the same item. RNG might not be my friend but I refuse to believe there's any sensible reason for such a flawed design. There is no way someone can provide an argument convincing enough for the time I'm ***still*** spending for this belt. I'm willing to wager I'm nearing the hundred mark by now. This is really frustrating, and I'm not sure this would be the kind of experience I'd pay for in a subscription.
  2. Hey! I'm more of an rper than a content player, but... I still play the game to obtain things like armour sets to suit my rp needs. And such would be true to the fact that I require a jedi set for my imperial side version of my Jedi. With that being said, I went about to obtain the belt, glvoe and chest from the Remnant Underworld Knight's set. With such, for the past four days or more, I've been, for every moment that I spent in the game, grinding heroics across every eligible character I have for these three pieces. Chest, gloves and belts. And while it took more than thirty runs, which made it thirty crates in total, assuming every run takes about ten to twenty minutes of my time, specially having a replacement computer with horrible specs, to obtain the chest and belt, not only would I have obtained the two of them by that time, but it would have taken me more than six hours if we go by say 30*15mins = 450 mins. 6*60 = 300, which makes it more than 6 hours. But the trouble is, I believe I'm well past sixty crates now, because I've been doing a lot of them. And this means I've spent more than, I'd like to say, ten hours trying to obtain these three pieces. So far, I haven't received a single belt of the one I want, and instead received more than three or more repetitions of the same pieces that I do not want, throughout multiple set pieces. I believe this is simply ridiculous and absolutely frustrating. It shouldn't take someone more than thirty tries to get an item they want? I get it there should be some level of difficulty, but bundling up a bunch of pieces... What? 3 or more sets, with each containing... 7 pieces of a set each, that makes it 3*7=21. So you're trying to get 1 damn item in a single crate that dispenses more than 21 different possible items.the chances of you getting that one belt is... Less than five percent. I think ti should in the least allow you to not obtain repeated sets, or at least give you an option for it. Because it is really damning to have to spend more than 10 hours just to obtain a single belt that isn't available anywhere beyond a boosted lvl 65 jedi Knight. I hope I'm not the only one that thinks this is annoying, and that I don't come across as whining, but spending ten hours in a single thing like this isn't worth it and there's no argument that can prove it otherwise. So, my suggestion would be to either let you pick between repeated items, make it like the cartel crates where you obtain lower parts of the sets, medium and upper body parts, add the option to select what crate you want, like a Knight set crate, a warrior set crate, etc... Or just something that'll make it easier to obtain something so trivial. Thank you for taking your time to read my suggestion.
