The notification of what guild controls the sector/planet (right at the top of the screen), often gets stuck, and will *never* fade, no matter how long you wait. The only way to solve this issue is to completely log out of the game and *hope* that it doesn't just immediately happen again. I have had this happen to me on every single planet, and in basically every single place that said notification can appear. I have spoken to several other people who have had this issue and have personally seen it happen to one of them. It doesn't happen every time, but when it does, there is nothing to be done but log out of the game.
