You can find them on the GTN! The hoverchairs average around 10 to 12 million and the holocron chairs average from 15 to 20 million.

Pretty simple, there is many ways. A lot of guilds recruit on the starter planets, the capital planets and the fleet. Just look for one that seems interesting and shoot a pm and join!
