    Apparently this is a known issue.

    I've been subbed for the last year, and I know that I qualified for early access regardless of the date. I can't access Ch. 16 even after closing and restarting the launcher.

    The original date to qualify for early access was July 1 as I remember. I'm curious too, I was subscribed for the whole month of July, and even though that should have covered my bases for early access, I can't access Ch XVI itself.
