IF a person is on Taris and actually uses the vaccine, maybe it should work, please fix this. I say this only because when i'm on Taris and i have used the vaccine BEFORE i get hit/bitten by anything, then common sense would dictate that i wouldn't get hit with a infection/health debuff.
