So this is frustrating, I created a level 60 character and then deleted it because I didn't like it. So then I saw that I've received my level 60 character token back. So I created a new one, deleted it because I didn't like it, and I did that at least two more times. But now when I went to look if I had a character token, there wasn't any. I'm very upset because I honestly thought that every time I deleted a start-at-level-60 character that I would get my character token back. Can someone clarify what's going on?
