Also it's not dozens of years it's 5 I mean the Imps and Pubs were being attacked by two of the most powerful force users ever( Vitiate, Revan) The Jedi Council has been hit time and time again, which has made them weaker Saresh is just a crazy warmonger(who would probably make a good sith) who has no regards for casualties The Sith are being cut down by a lot of infighting, it has made them significantly weaker Plus this Zakuul Empire is supposed to be very powerful taking advantage of a weak Republic and Empire

I don't like the everything that takes place around the Movies Thrawn, Jade, etc, I like the some of the older stuff, such Ajunta Pall, Tulak Hord, Revan, etc
