iv played all the healing class types in my 9 month beta phase i was in. I lvl a sorc to 50 twice and i can say sorcs are a healer that walks a fine line between very strong and easy to kill. if you use all your ability's and play like your a squishy you will do a lot better. you have interrupts, knock back, slows, stuns, long duration cc (WW). sprint, and a shield. this class has all the tools to be the most ninja like healer. you just need to play your healer like a dps that don't want to get hit and (the class can do it) once you get good at stopping your attacker the fact you have heals will feel OP imo. i would do a few games like this even if it means your not healing others as much as you want its worth it if you can master this style. Healing others will be so easy after you master cc/kiting well. if you learn the game once you began to understand how the other classes work. you will start do do a lot better, the Sorc to me ls like a Priest/mage. And they really are. P.S. Innervate is really strong at 30 and at 37 you really get a lot of force management control

I'm not in yet but i was in beta for 9 months and if the OP is seeing anything like it was in the early beta (and i would not be shock if he was) then your Camera speed cant be to slow at max speed you can spin your camera around your toon 30 time EASY in 1/4th inch mouse move so fast everything will stretch into a blur and you will sir-pass the speed of light, breaking every law of physics making the universe as we know it crash in on it's self and destroy our very reality as we know it! so if its too slow you must be god P.S. hello god!

the redeem code thing was not known tell pretty close to release. Because they added it in on the fly as a good solution to helping server stability. Early access was known long be for release but the system no, and it also changed often and made it really hard to take time off around my work week also. i just ended up not taking off work because if they could not give me a set time then screw it id rather work than take off extra days i don't need to play a game i like having nice things more than having nice video game things....

how did they cheat to get 50? Because i don't think anyone has cheated to get 50 if any thing 15 years of mmo's has told me it's people are crazy when it comes to grinding out levels on new released hyped up games.... and i would not count on the people that got 50 to get bored be for the others get in latter this week to level and along comes that "bored level 50" ganking you be for he quits the game ......

My friends got in 2 days be for me, i'm the only one that did not get in i know i redeemed my code the same week they did we were on TS talking about it. well now they are all in the 20's and they got to take off this whole week. i have work and a lot more bills than them so i can't afford to take off a whole week. but be for this week started i thought i knew i would be in on the 13th we all did. prob is they got in an i did not. sucks for me because the 13th and 14 were days i knew would work out well for my job to take off. well, i did get some use out of the two days off i got a lot of house work done. but sadly i will not catch up with my crew. making what i had plan totally destroyed. and you cant tell 3 other ppl to not play there mains they have been waiting for this for a long time. that would just be stupid. and on top of that i was in beat for 9 months and lvl to 50 solo 3 times the only thing i was looking for too was leveling with my friends this time around to do the things i could not do solo. i understand why you did this release the way you did. but i feel like you had to of made a mistake because we all redeemed our code with in the same week. well because of this and the fact that iv level to 50 3 time >.< already. i don't think ill be playing.. its not going to be fun at all being on TS level from way behind not a bile to catch up plus if you were in the same spot as me you know your friends all having a blasty blast why you grind out solo (not grouped like planed) would be really well not fun. and that's why we play games to have fun other wise what are we doing, right? unless you play pro SC2 you play that to win =p no fun allowed.
