  1. My team fights tooth and nails to keep the group together and the fun in raiding happening. Its allready so hard to keep raiders active, finding new replacments got so very hard because they are leaving the game in masses. It is happening to us too, constantly. We just want to raid and have fun. Why do they need to stab us constantly? I don't get it.
  2. This is insane. Those are gamebreaking bugs. You can not be serious. 2 months?!???!?!
  3. Another bump here. The jukebox is way to quiet compared to the others and you can not hear it anymore just a few meters away from it. And the bugged "fading" on Nar Shaddaa is rediculous.
  4. I disagree, it is not only 2 mines. Sometimes people get 3 mines up to 4 mines at once. 3 Mines just happend yesterday to me. You can survive 2 mines no problem. But 3 mines is instant death. As a sage i'm lucky with force barrier, but i can only do it in like half a second to mash the button when the debuff appears.
  5. My team decided that we go through Ravagers again for our new team members for 4.0. Half the team killed M&B and Cora in 3.0 but our tactics don't work anymore. It seem to be insane with the damage the tanks are taking. The push from blaster in the second phase is nearly one-shotting our tank, and with the Vanguard nerf it is not possible to avoid every push. There is also some heavy RNG bugs. Sometimes one team member gets randomly 3-4 mines at ones and just getting oneshot. I remember this happening in 3.0 wenn someone died, but now it is happening even if no one died yet in the pull. Still our biggest problem is helping the blaster tank survive. Master Tank takes so much damage so fast with the overpowered arm attack it takes both healers in range to keep him alive (especially if he also has a mine). Blaster tank only survives a push if very lucky. Might this be a gear issue (both tanks are 220/224 min maxed)? maybe something with the tactics? Or is there something wrong with the damage recieved.   6. I feel like ever since the marauder/sentinel incident, the devs don't really give a damn about the class forum. Or don't take it really serious. I doubt we will ever get fixed until the point were they bring a big focus on reworked endgame PvE. Just hoping that they hold to what they said. Focus on story first for th mass players, and work on the endgame after thats done.
  7. Can confirm. I'm busting a nut on my sage in our progression team while our sentinel and vanguard casually do way more damage then me. Sure, it always comes down to skill, but my rotations are not far off considering that i'm not too far off the top parses on parsley. I just want to be a competative DPS without getting carried. Makes me sad.
  8. So for sages its pretty much free to leave disturbance out? Don't know if i am happy or sad about it. Certainly makes things easier rotation wise. Seems like for sorcs it is really coming down to if L-Burns is taking away too much damage from other dots. Needs some testing i guess.

  11. As someone who is stuck at 100% too, i can tell you that restarting doesn't do anything. it will imdeiatelly jump to 100% again. Nothing else, button still greyed out.

  13. As sad as it is, i don't think the class can break 7k at the moment in its current state. Quite the contrary even. The hard border seems to be around 6.5k. With that sad, we are still good and viable for all kinds of PvE, but if you really want to break 7k you better reroll to something else (Slinger, Sentinel, Vanguard...)
  14. Hello. First of all thank you very much for all the stats. Now i have a question about balance/madness sage/sorc. We had a post currently over at the sage board about the usage of lightning strike/disturbance. Some of us actually achieved higher parses leaving it out of the rotation completely and just spaming FL/TKT. This also improved force problems a bit. This still needs more parsing to be sure. It could also very much result from delay and accidental hardcasting. Is LS/Dist considered in the roation of your calculation? If yes, could you give us a result leaving it out of the rotation? Would it change anything on the dps ranking? thanks in advance.
  15. I think this issue is comming from the 3.0 class changes. We lost the skill tree mastery, that gave LS/Dist a good damage increase, through the shift to diciplines. Together with the impossibility to clip FL/TKT which can mess up the proper rotation very fast. They never compensated for it, and this is also the reason why madness/balance was in a very bad spot over the last year. The only reason why it is on par with L/TK now is because they gave us the increased dot crits with FL/TKT-spam.
  16. Same for me. I did not do so many parses though. But my highest are with spamming TKT without Disturbance. Ever since 3.0 i mainly avoid using Disturbance. Some people say its a DPS loss but most of the time i can not see it. I also agree on the clunkiness. Hardcasting it is infuriating and can allready happen if you get a small ability delay.
  17. Aren't we fairly close in terms of single target DPS since 4.0? As far as the optimal stats thread is saying, we have a max difference of around 4-500 average DPS from the highest parsing specs and we are always doing very well AOE wise. Do the Nightmare DPS checks really require 6.8k-7k single target DPS so sage/sorcs are completely unviable?

We are currently in the process of gearing our tanks (shadows/vanguards) and i know endurance should be a bit more important with this high defense gear and those super hard hitting boss abilitys. But how important is it really? Is it worth sacrificing defense for endurance through b-mods or is it even a must? Are 220 b-mods better then (unlettered) 224 NiM mods? How much HP should tanks aim for now? Thanks in advance. Edit: Added that i mean unlettered 224s

  21. It might be time for an european super server. I always hear complains how the pvp server is dieing and people on the Progenitor also transfering in masses in hopes of faster queue pops, better pugs and not seeing the same faces in pvp all the time. I still have my guild and team on the progenitor so i'm quite happy. But i can see why people are leaving. Especially pugs on the Prog are extremely aweful.
  22. Does it say anything about quests/story skipped? If it just gives them to use them like dummys that would be ok. Just to use your favorite companion for doing heroics and what ever. It would be a huge issues though if you lose quests/story in further expanded content.
  23. I talked to a lot of people on the server to see if the probe is fixed (since we also have a commando healer in our team i wanted to be sure). The result is, that there seem to be a problem with patching early. People who started an early patch (1-3 hours ago) don't have the medical probe. While people who basically just patched all got it back. This should be possible to fix by making the client redownload the full patch. I think this is possible by deleting some specific game files (i bet there is a guide for this around?). If anyone could thest this out would be awesome (i patched late and got the probe on my commando back).
  24. Hey guys. We had the discussion on the server and it seems like the problem lies in the time you downloaded the patch. Some people also said there was some strange thing going on with the server but i did not see that for myself. Aaaaanyway. People who just patched all got the medical probe back, while people who patched earlier (after the patch server came up) don't get the medical probe. Looks like the application of the patch had issues. There should be some possibility to re-download the full patch (deleting some files, i think there should be a guide around the forums). With that the medical probe should be back. If anyone could try and test that would be awesome (i patched late so i got the probe back on my commando).
