Bumping this, i have not seen it mentioned in known issues since, and it's been present since 7.0 PTS. The debuffs in operation frame interface just get blacked out (greyed out, darken, look like an inactive ability) randomly and are almost indistiguishable from one another. It make cleansing way harder, almost a coin toss.

I have two characters still not fixed (600/600 when they were 700 before 6.1.2) and two characters that actually regressed below 700 when i had put them up to 700 after 6.1.2a....
