just an update to my previous post that my (rep item) thana set has been added to my collection. however it is still "BOUND" where I thought rep items are Bound to Legacy. Can someone clarify?

I bought full set of Thana vesh from bounty supply vendor (with cartel certificates and credits), But I don't see this in my collection. Intended or bug? One other thing, I thought reputation items are bound to legacy? but the thana vesh is bound to this one character only. So can anyone clarify for me please, thank you.

this problem along with other UI issues (such as skill channeling time bar does not show)certainly exists more on my Imp side. I can't see my own nameplate, no skill time bar thing, and most importantly there's no enemy nameplate and health bar. BW pls look into this matter and fix it. thanks
