The environment graphics flicker when I am moving on my mount or a taxi. It's not constant it 's intermittent, what's causing it?

I have tried to kill the Battle Droid Atherna many times in Chapter 11 but I am unable to do so because I keep dying. Will I be able to do chapter 12 if I am unable to complete Chapter 11, I am willing to bypass if that is possible.

I have the same problem, for the past month or so I have noticed that there is sometimes a lag of a few seconds between clicking an icon on the UI and the ability activating. It doesn't happen all the time it is intermittent, maybe it's the expansion.
