I feel like mailbox is lacking reporting information on successful item sale.
It answers only 2 questions : What aggregate price What item. Other than that seller remains unaware How many ? What unit price ? Moreover once seller receives credits the mail with such important information disappears, as a result one cannot track price history.
Such practice contributes to dramatic price fluctuations, as seller remain unaware of price history and cannot plan future sales.
Same actually goes for buyer side.
I suggest successful item sale mail contain the following information:
Unit price
Aggregate price
Quantity
Item name (preferably referable)
And I suggest an option to archive the mails, so that seller/buyer can track price history.
You could ,of course, summarize metadata like time placed and time sold but it is another story.
Thank for reading.
