u need to be atleast lv 33 and talk to guy infront of exit just found this out lvling my spare character

in most cases healer when u get stronger u might wanna use tank or hitter when in pinch but mostly healer and dont forget to lvl up influence it will help

like the ones above said legacy and go to others on the side of the legacy menu incase ur curious total price make full use of all the boot jets things its 4.5m which i think is a solid price considering atm jet packs can go anywhere from 27m-80m if all u want is to look cool and fly in mid air legacy is the better option save ur money unless u make plenty of it then that case this doesn't imply to u lol also to those who thought legacy doesn't work on all characters on the first buy read the description on it it says it does
